SAOC appointed a new Board during a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on Friday 20 February 2009.
New members include Prof D Stones, Dr A Sherriff, Dr G Demetriou, Dr J Thomson, Dr W Szpak and Dr A Nosworthy.
Members who will serve another term are Dr S Fourie, Prof L Dreosti and Dr G McAdam.
A chairperson will be elected at the Boards first meeting.
